Ingredients in our Chocolates
The following information is given in order to help identify allergens in the products I use.

I use various strengths of chocolate in truffles and coatings:

70.5% Dark Chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavour/extract, may contain milk)
70% Dark Chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavour/extract, may contain milk)
54.5% Dark Chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavour, may contain milk)
33.6% Milk Chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavour)
White Chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, dried whole milk, dried cream, lactose (milk), milk whey powder, emulsifier (soya lecithin, sunflower lecithin))

Basil Truffles (54.5% Dark Chocolate)
Ingredients: 54.5% dark chocolate, basil oil.

Brandy Truffles (33.6% Milk Chocolate)
Ingredients: Truffle – 70% dark chocolate, double cream, sugar brandy; covered in 33.6% milk chocolate.

Ginger and Lime Truffles (70% Dark Chocolate)
Ingredients: Truffle – 70% dark chocolate, lime juice, sugar, crystalized stem ginger (sugar, preservative: sulphur dioxide), lime zest, ground ginger; covered in 54.5% dark chocolate.

Henney’s Dry Cider Chocolate Truffles
Ingredients: Truffle – 33.6% milk chocolate, Henney’s Dry Cider; covered in 54.5% dark chocolate; decorated with cocoa butter, colour (superwhite E171 Titanium Oxide, E551 silicon dioxide).

Lavender, Rosemary & Lemon Truffles (54.5% Dark Chocolate)
Ingredients: 54.5% dark chocolate, sugar, rosemary, edible lavender flowers, lemon.

Orange Truffles (70% Dark Chocolate)
Ingredients: 70% dark chocolate, orange juice, sugar, orange zest; decorated with white chocolate (containsmilk).

Pink Himalayan Salt and Pepper Truffles (70% Dark Chocolate)
Ingredients: Truffle – 70% dark chocolate, cream, sugar, pink Himalayan salt, black pepper; covered in 54.5% dark chocolate, natural vanilla flavouring); decorated with white chocolate (contains milk).

Rum Truffles
Ingredients: Truffle – 70.5% dark chocolate, sugar, dark rum; covered in 33.6% milk chocolate .

Salted Pecan Praline Truffles
Ingredients: Truffle – 33.6% milk chocolate , pecan (nuts), cream (milk), salt; covered in 54.5% dark chocolate.

White Chocolate and Limoncello Truffles 
Ingredients: White Chocolate, flavouring, double cream, sugar, lemon, limoncello. (may contain peanuts, nuts and wheat; wheat contains gluten)

Dark Chocolate (54.5%) Gingerbread Caramels
Ingredients: 54.5% dark chocolate, caramel (butter (milk), cream (milk), molasses, sugar, ground ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, sea salt).

Milk Chocolate (33.6%) Gingerbread Caramels
Ingredients: 33.6% milk chocolate, caramel (butter (milk), cream (milk), molasses, sugar, ground ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, sea salt).

Salted Caramels (33.6% Milk Chocolate)
Ingredients: 33.6% milk chocolate, caramel (butter, sugar, double cream), salt, colour (autumn gold, cocoa butter, starch, E102 tartrazine, E155 Brown HT).

Toasted Hazelnut in Salted Caramel 
Ingredients: 33.6% milk chocolate, salted caramel (butter (milk), cream (milk), sugar, 33.6% milk chocolate, salt), hazelnuts (nuts).

Dark Chocolate (54.5%) Bars with Freeze Dried Strawberries 
Ingredients: 54.5% dark chocolate, freeze dried strawberry pieces.

Dark Chocolate (54.5%) Bars with Honeycomb 
Ingredients: 54.5% dark chocolate, honeycomb (sugar, glucose, shea oil, palm oil, water, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), emulsifier (sunflower lecithin))

Dark Chocolate (54.5%) Bars with Marshmallows 
Ingredients: 54.5% dark chocolate, marshmallow (glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water, pork gelatine, flavouring, colour (beetroot red)).

Dark Chocolate (70.5%) Orange Bars  
Ingredients:70.5% dark chocolate, sweet orange oil.

Milk Chocolate (33.6%) Bars with Bronze Crunch 
Ingredients: 33.6% milk chocolate, bronze crunch (sugar, glazing agent shellac, water, colour iron oxide, glucose syrup).

Milk Chocolate (33.6%) Bars with Mini Jazzies 
Ingredients: 33.6% milk chocolate, jazzies: whole milk chocolate (55%) (sugar, dried whole milk, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, whey powder (milk), emulsifier (soya lecithin)), sugar, wheat starch, glucose syrup, fruit, plant & vegetable concentrates (radish, lemon, blackcurrant, safflower concentrate, spirulina concentrate, apple), coconut oil, glazing agent (white & yellow beeswax).

Milk Chocolate (33.6%) Bars with Raspberry Pieces
Ingredients: 33.6% milk chocolate, freeze dried raspberry pieces.

Milk Chocolate (33.6%) Bars with White Chocolate Drops 
Ingredients: 33.6% milk chocolate, white chocolate drops (contains milk).
